#2) Crowd Control Printing

While some festivities are totally open to the public, most events require some type of paid admission control. Tickets are the de facto standard and are easy to print and use. Add a stubs and you can have prize drawings and a meal or drink ticket. Use wristbands for age restricted activities with the venue, such as rides and beverages. Wristbands also work well as pit passes, backstage access and re-admittance. Invitations are perfect for smaller and more formal events and are actually a more elegant form of crowd control.

#4) Sponsor Recognition

All events have sponsors and it is important to recognize them during the event. This is especially true when the sponsors are the reason for the event i.e business conferences,.trade shows, home shows, boat & rv shows etc. Larger events typically have multiple sposorship levels with varying amounts of recognition that is agreed upon in advance. This may include programs ads, venue wide roll banners, floor graphics, stage backddrops, flags and so on. Smaller events may simply have a sponsor board and program listings. However you choose to do it, remember to recognize the people, organizations and businesses that helped make the event possible.

#5) Take Aways

When closing time comes, everyone wants to take home a reminder of the good times. Having plenty of branded items to sell or givaway as souvenirs will promote good memories and encourage future attendance.

Souvenir sales can be a significant source of revenue. Branded goods such as t-shirts and hats require extra design and production time so allow extra time and order early.
